Role Summary/Purpose
The HCS FP&A Manager - Planning is a member of the central HCS Financial Planning & Analysis team that provides financial planning and analysis leadership across GE Healthcare Systems. This role reports to the HCS Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. The focus of this role will be on planning and forecasting of the GE HEalthcare Systems (HCS) financials and consolidated results, with specific focus on the FP&A planning cycle.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with key members of the Finance Leadership team, including:
Leading GE Healthcare Finance/Business planning cycles including Growth Playbook (3-year Plan), SII (1-year Plan) and Operating Plan
Participating in quarterly / yearly Accounting closing processes
Delivering FP&A process for monthly/quarterly financials and communicating results
Providing financial data to finance and operating teams in an effort to drive growth
Providing necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers; Identifying risks and opportunities throughout the quarter and developing processes to mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities
Consolidating actual operating performance and reporting results
Working with Finance Managers and operations leaders to drive opportunities for improvement in variable cost, base cost, and material variance
Leading and / or participating in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis
Qualifications/Requirements:
This position is open to internal and external applicants.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
A minimum of 3 years of progressively more responsible finance experience
Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications. Strong Excel skills.
You must be willing to take a drug test.
You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without work sponsorship at the time of hire.

Experience with GEHC Finance methodologies
Experience working in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
